| Details : | Corporal Matharu was enrolled on 13 Jan 64. He has been on the posted strength of a Helicopter Unit and he has displayed extraordinary skill In the rectification of very complicated snags. This, he has achieved through intelligent application of snag diagnosis and rectification procedures requiring a high degree of patience and hard work. In the absence of scaled test rigs, he has displayed initiative in locally fabricating alternative means to meet the test require ments for the aircraft components. He was earlier com mended by the Chief of the Air Staff in 1970 and again in 1973. | ||||
